Join the Official Wristband Exchange’s Waitlist to get matched with Forest Family who are looking to return a Wristband, Lodging Package, or Vehicle Pass. When a request matches with a return, an exchange will be facilitated.

LOOKING TO RETURN WRISTBANDS, PACKAGES, OR VEHICLE PASSES? FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Log in to your Electric Forest AXS FanAccount
  2. Navigate to “Your Tickets” and select the Electric Forest order with the Wristbands, Package, or Vehicle Passes to be sold.
  3. Click Return, then Get Started, to confirm that your items are eligible for a return request.
  4. Check the box next to each Wristband, Package, or Vehicle Pass you would like to offer for sale.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
  6. Your return request will be pending until we find a match on the Official Wristband Exchange Waitlist.
  7. Once your return request is matched to a fan’s request on the Official Wristband Exchange Waitlist, your return will be confirmed.
  8. Allow 24 - 48 hours for any return to be processed once confirmed.
  9. Passes sold will be paid out within 7 - 10 business days.

OFFICIAL WRISTBAND EXCHANGE WAITLIST PURCHASE NOTES

  • Pricing is dynamic and reflects the market.
  • If inventory becomes available and your order can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the remaining amount.
  • You are welcome to leave the waitlist at any time.
  • Creating multiple requests will not increase your chances of getting passes and may result in multiple charges for multiple requests.
  • Pro Tip: If buying a Wristband that was originally purchased as part of a package, the Wristband will not come with the Vehicle Pass or Lodging option it was originally bundled with. Plan to arrive with someone with a package, or your car will be parked off site and you’ll be shuttled in.

OFFICIAL WRISTBAND EXCHANGE RETURN REQUEST NOTES

  • Pricing is dynamic and reflects the market.
  • If Wristbands, Packages, or Vehicle Passes are not eligible for return, please check back later.
  • Some Wristbands, Enhanced Packages, and Vehicle Passes may be sold after being shipped and received by the original purchaser. In this case, please note that all originally purchased and shipped Wristbands and Vehicle Passes will be canceled when sold.
  • All orders must be paid for in full before being available for sale on the Exchange. Visit your FanAccount to complete any ongoing Payment Plans.
  • All processed returns are final.
  • If you want to cancel a return request that has not been confirmed please reach out to AXS Support.
