The following information should answer questions regarding accessibility at Electric Forest Festival. Contact access@electricforestfestival.com with any additional needs or further questions.
Electric Forest takes place on a gorgeous site and, as in any outdoor setting, the grounds have various types of terrain. At Electric Forest that includes sandy pathways, dirt roads, and grassy fields.
The festival site is reasonably flat with a few small rolling hills. The distance between Camp Access, the accessible camping area, and the closest stage is about 150 yards. The farthest stage is about half of a mile away from Camp Access.
Please understand that the Electric Forest site is very large, and plan accordingly. The distances between different stages and areas in the festival grounds can be very large. As with any outdoor setting, rain can impact the conditions.
Camp Access in the GA Campgrounds is the accessible camping area at Electric Forest and is home to the Accessibility Team’s Access Center.
Entrance into Camp Access is gained with a valid weekend Festival Wristband and Camp Access Vehicle pass. A current, state-issued disabled license plate, hangtag, or placard may also be required.
Please do not misrepresent that you have a disability to gain a place in an accessible camping location. Resources are limited and you will be impacting guests that truly need the services we provide.
Select Good Life Campgrounds also have options for Accessible Camping. Please note: the only Access Center is located in Camp Access.
There are multiple Accessible pass and package types available to purchase. These include:
*For Good Life Package options, the Good Life Concierge team will reach out to you to verify bed types based on your purchase.

Electric Forest offers elevated accessible viewing platforms at the festival’s Main Stages.
Golf cart shuttles will be available for guests with mobility restrictions. Please inquire about our accessible shuttle services at Camp Access.
Accessible restrooms are available throughout the festival venue and campgrounds.
A wheelchair-accessible shower unit will be available in Camp Access and Good Life Village.
Guests with mobility disabilities are welcome to use motorized wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled scooters at Electric Forest.
For safety reasons, guests may NOT use personal golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, two-wheeled scooters, motorbikes, or one-wheels either in the venue itself or in the parking and camping areas.
Three- or four-wheeled powered mobility devices must have safety features such as: anti-tip wheels, automatic braking systems, and stability-enhancing mechanisms.
Understanding the importance of having a reliable power source for certain medical equipment, we kindly suggest that you bring your own battery or power source to ensure uninterrupted access throughout the festival.
Due to the variable nature of the event and festival grounds, its temporary power source, and weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that you will have a steady and reliable power supply throughout the day/night. We suggest a solar generator or other cordless electric power source. Under no circumstances will gas generators be approved.
With that being said, we will absolutely do our best to charge any medical equipment or batteries for said equipment at the Access Center in Camp Access, or at our ADA viewing platforms until they reach a desirable charge.
Prescriptions must have a prescription label. Photo ID must match the prescription label. For the safety of our staff, please dispose of all medical waste/syringes in the proper receptacles in our medical tents.
Guests needing a cool place to store their medicines can contact access@electricforestfestival.com to make those arrangements.
If a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, a personal amount of food will be allowed into the venue if accompanied by a doctor’s note.
Please contact access@electricforestfestival.com with any questions or concerns.

Electric Forest welcomes and supports the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal.
What we DO NOT support, and will not tolerate, are pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals. Please leave your pet at home.
A ‘service animal’ is defined as “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.”
Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at Electric Forest.
Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state are subject to local dog ordinances, which includes a valid rabies certificate.
For patrons with disabilities who wish to bring their legitimate service animal to Electric Forest, HQ asks that you review and follow the policies outlined below:
All patrons with disabilities attending Electric Forest this year with a service animal will need to have that animal credentialed by Electric Forest staff before entering the main gate. This process will be performed quickly and respectfully by Accessibility Staff.
Upon arrival at Electric Forest, let security at the vehicle entrance know that you have a legitimate service animal that needs to be credentialed by the Access Team. Staff will speak with you, record your contact information, and provide a collar tag for your service animal.
Security/Staff will be on the lookout for all animals to have a properly credentialed Electric Forest collar tag.
Remember, service animals are allowed, all other dogs are not!
