The Wish Machine invites Forest Family to commit to doing good in their community in exchange for a wish granted by The Forest. This call for Forest love has generated over 7,500 inspiring commitments through the years. These have resulted in many real-world, positive impacts including donations to humanitarian efforts in Ukraine, an arts and crafts event for an Illinois Veterans home, the beautification of local walking trails, the creation of a mental health support group, and much more. In exchange, the Wish Machine has granted everything from GA Wristbands to facilitating a Mario Kart tournament for charity in the campgrounds, private performances from Electric Forest headliners, and even an Electric Forest performance slot - that helped launch a career in music!
The Wish Machine is at its best when beautiful acts of giving and kindness in our wider communities are rewarded with unique and memorable experiences.
TIMELINE
Submissions will be accepted for review starting on or about 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 11, 2022 through Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 11:59 PM Eastern. Winning projects will be selected and announced in April 2023.
