GROUP CAMPING

To start a Group Camp, the Group Leader must purchase a Group Camp Leader ticket ($110), then distribute their group's unique link to members who wish to join. Once a Group Camp reaches twenty (20) members, the Group Camp will be confirmed.

Note: If a Group hits 20 Group Members, the Group Leader will be refunded the cost of their ticket (minus $4.99 in fees). Refunds for Group Leaders will occur in June after Group Camping closes. If the Group does not hit 20 Group Members before Group Camping sells out (or before the event), Group Members will be refunded, and the Group Leader forfeits the cost of their ticket.

If you are joining a Group Camp, you must purchase a Group Camp Member ticket ($110) using a unique link sent directly from a Group Camp Leader, or another Group Camp Member. Do not purchase a Group Camp Leader ticket if you are looking to join a group.

Note: If you are a Group Camp Leader looking to add to your group and purchase additional Group Camp Member tickets within a group you started, you will need to clear your browser cache OR utilize a new browser to access the Group Camp Member tickets via your unique link. Additionally, you will only be able to purchase up to three (3) Group Camp Member passes on top of your one (1) Group Leader pass.

Group Camping is available for purchase through Saturday, May 31, 2025.

VEHICLE PASSES

One (1) Group Camping Vehicle Pass will be provided for every three (3) members of your Group. Vehicle passes will be sent directly to the Group Camp Leader to distribute. Additional Vehicle Passes are not available, and HQ / FEVO are not responsible for how Group Leaders decide to distribute them.

Note: One (1) Vehicle Pass is required per vehicle entering the GA campgrounds. The GA Campgrounds open for Group Camping at 7 PM Eastern on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

Whether it's your first time camping at a festival or you’re a seasoned pro, our experienced Camp Host will be there to guide you through the essentials, from packing tips, setting up your tent, and festival camping hacks.

One (1) Vehicle Pass will be sent directly to each Camp Wayfinder Group Member. Please try to coordinate carpooling as much as possible.

The Her Forest Group Camp is a designated space for connection, creation, and community building among femme-identifying Forest Family. This is a collaborative camp where participants assist in setting up and laying out the site, contributing what they can to the group space—from good vibes and colorful tapestries to camping chairs and cooking skills. Any self-identifying femme person is welcome to join this camp. Space is limited, so those who would like to participate are encouraged to sign up early.

In the Spring, the Her Forest Group Camp Host will contact each member via email to coordinate arrival and invite members to plug in with the community. Please ensure that the email address provided upon purchase is accurate, as this will be used as a primary point of contact.

If you are joining Her Forest Group Camp, you must purchase a Her Forest Group Camping pass ($110).

This crew’s primary purpose is to provide an empowering home base for those who would like to participate in a clean and sober experience.

Camp Traction is not affiliated with AA, NA, or any other organized recovery group. It is simply a group of people who share the common bond of enjoying musical events in a clean and sober environment.

If you are joining Camp Traction, you must purchase a Camp Traction Group Camp pass ($0).
